 Tim is a highly experienced coach, facilitator and developer of people who over the last 25 years has worked extensively with talented individuals and leading organisations in many different parts of the world. 

Tim is guided by a simple mantra on people and their personal development 

 "All individuals have the capacity to learn. develop and grow, the only real questions are how far, how fast and in what direction?"
